Two Person Training Session
Includes
- Goal Consultation
- 60 Minute Sessions
- Private Gym
The first session or, initial assessment, is comprised of a review of your health history and your current fitness goals. We will also be measuring body composition, testing sub maximal aerobic ability, muscular endurance, and muscular strength. We also take a look at your flexibility and perform a postural analysis. For this first session only, I ask that you avoid caffeine, heavy meals or exercise 2 hours prior to the appointment. Comfortable clothing for exercise is appropriate. For the body composition test I will need to have you remove shoes and socks.
For the successive sessions, I will teach, show and construct a series of exercises to help bridge the gap between your current physical status and your expressed fitness goals. We may train as many times per week as your goals require depending on our availability, your ability to schedule sessions and the needs-analysis for your desired training effect.
I consider it extremely beneficial to start with in-person training so that I can assess and correct any faulty movement patterns and form while prescribing strategic exercises.
In the first initial assessment session, I’ll be measuring (anthropomorphic, body composition, aerobic ability, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and posture). Comfortable clothing for exercise is appropriate. For the body composition test I will need to have you remove shoes and socks.
For the successive sessions, I will teach, show and construct a series of exercises to help bridge the gap between your current physical status and your fitness goals that we both find realistic. We may train 1, 2 or 3 times per week depending on our availability and needs analysis for the desired training effect.
