Core Training for Adults

 

This video is the fourth in a series of four that addresses fitness for adults.  The core is an important set of muscles for everyone, but especially for those who are active in a sport or exercise program. It is the core that stabilizes and controls movement. In this session I discuss the core as it relates to various exercises, covering what the core muscles are, who should train these muscles, why theses muscles should be trained, and how you should train them.
